We offer clients a number of ways of subscribing and paying for our reports and research services. Where clients are making payment by
debit or credit card – we do not store credit card details. Nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Unless otherwise stated, all products are available by immediate digital download. If there are issues with the order (e.g. further payment verification required by card issuer) and where payment by the client is immediate we aim to fulfill orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment details if paying by debit or credit card or signed order form or purchase order for those paying by invoice.
